How to add channel code to expressions faster...

This is in the docs, but not very obvious from the messiah interface so I keep forgetting it:
If you select a channel on the edit sphere and click with the left mouse button on the (unlabelled) button right to the "Buffer"-text field, messiah copies the correctly formated code for that channel into the buffer (Right click copies to the main expression line)
For example: [Camera:ypos]
